We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our Consumer Goods organization, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to our Pain and Respiratory (PRS) and Vitamins and Minerals (VMS) categories.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to analyze source of growth and provide insights to drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain SKU-level P&Ls and financial forecasts for PRS and VMS categories.
- Drive NPI discussions with Project teams to bring value additions and efficiencies across P&L.
- Proactively review external and competitor environments to identify P&L impacts and model scenarios.
- Drive business top line and bottom line through various initiatives and benchmarking.
- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in finance, with a deep understanding of business dynamics and subject matter expertise in finance.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of financial support experience.
