Job Description:

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business growth. Key duties include monitoring branch performance, acquiring new customers, and executing sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor branch performance in secured and unsecured loans.
  • Aquire new customers and convert existing ones to secured loans.
  • Scale up Family Banking in the branch by executing sales plans for account acquisition and term deposits.
  • Set targets for the team and review them regularly.
  • Guide Credit Relationship Officers (CROs) to enable customer conversion.
  • Execute marketing initiatives designed by the products and marketing department.
  • Assess market potential and provide feedback on product development to regional teams.
Customer Focus:
  • Educate customers and CROs about Ujjivan's loan products.
  • Resolve customer queries and grievances within specified time frames.
Internal Processes:
  • Oversee document collection for account opening while adhering to KYC norms.
  • Stay updated on policy changes and educate the team accordingly.
  • Ensure proper storage of client information and documentation.
  • Follow up with overdue customers for timely payments.
  • Conduct house visits and verify documents during customer profile forms and loan applications.
  • Perform center meetings to ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Timely disbursement of sanctioned loans and closure of audit points.
Learning & Innovation:
  • Catch up the branch staff on unsecured loans products to drive targets and support them in converting existing customers to deposit products.
  • Resolve team queries and escalations within defined timeframes.
  • Ensure training man-days and mandatory programs for self and reportees.
  • Manage goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals for self and reportees.
  • Monitor completion of mandatory courses and leave for staff members.
