Financial Operations Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for supporting the month end and year end book closing process, analysis of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss, and review of Transfer Pricing arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the preparation and submission of financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss to identify areas of improvement.
  3. Review Transfer Pricing arrangements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  4. Develop and implement procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial operations team.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
