Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned financial operations manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Analyze costs to support pricing decisions and improve cost efficiency.
- Oversee daily banking operations, payments, receipts, and transaction management.
- Monitor and control inventory accounting, including stock valuation and reconciliations.
- Handle export transactions, foreign remittances, and related compliance.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Support statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance.
- Excellent command over P&L, Balance Sheet preparation, and reconciliations.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant.
