Financial Operations Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Operations Manager. The individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial auditing, and compliance.
The Financial Operations Manager will prepare financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. Other duties include managing accounts receivable, liaising with external auditors, and maintaining accurate financial statements.
- Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all properties and F&B outlets.
- Prepare management information reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for senior management.
- Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
- Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each property unit.
- Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.
