Chief Financial Operations Officer

The role of the Financial Management Professional involves overseeing financial operations and providing strategic guidance to ensure the success of manufacturing activities.
This position requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and financial analysis to drive accurate financial planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Professional certification (CA, CA Inter, MBA) is preferred for this position.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to headquarter reporting is necessary.
- Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and reports to Headquarters in the UK and UAE.
- Analyse manufacturing costs, variances, and production performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement robust cost accounting systems and processes.
- Analyse cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to understand financial implications of manufacturing activities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making.
- Act as a liaison for external auditors.
- Coordinate audit activities across all subsidiaries, ensuring timely submission of audit schedules and reports.
