Financial Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic finance partner, providing business acumen and technical expertise to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies, leading the preparation of periodic financial reports, and ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Lead the preparation of periodic financial reports, including balance sheet documentation and ad hoc analyses
- Ensure financial reporting procedures are aligned with corporate standards
- Plan, organize, and review activities of the accounting team, including accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, and cash management
- Collaborate with corporate teams to support growth initiatives and promote best practices across the organization
- Lead year-end audit processes, ensuring financial statements comply with relevant standards and practices; interact with financial auditors
- Promote the use of common and harmonized processes and tools across the organization based on best practices/strategies
- Collaborate and align with FP&A and Global Finance to provide support for planning initiatives through financial analysis and management information, reports, and recommendations
- Ensure all internal controls and procedures are in place and effective
- Minimum 14 years of relevant experience
- Experience working in a multi-site environment and international operations
- Experience managing a full-cycle accounting team
- Good knowledge of IFRS standards
- Knowledge of SAP helpful but not mandatory
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated management skills

Professional experience: A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, Experience working in a multi-site environment and international operations, Experience managing a full-cycle accounting team
