We are seeking an experienced business growth leader to drive the expansion and performance of our financial products. This role offers end-to-end responsibility for assigned product lines, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth for assigned financial products, including user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with data science, analytics, product, marketing, and acquisition teams to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—awareness, consideration, conversion, engagement, and advocacy.
  1. Growth Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  1. Business Planning & Projections:
  • Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, annual operating plans, and continuous performance tracking.
  1. Key Business Metrics Ownership:
  • Drive key business metrics, including customer acquisition cost, revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
  1. Growth Programs & Campaign Execution:
  • Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
  1. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
  1. Continuous Experimentation & Optimization:
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in driving growth for digital products and services.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive growth.
