Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

  • This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills to drive and manage internal delivery teams, identify and address problems, and provide root cause analysis.
  • The successful candidate will lead and supervise Service Delivery Supervisors and client teams to establish and maintain a motivated and skilled service delivery workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach direct reports to be effective in both client management and people management.
  • Identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees by providing effective leadership, coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee the daily operations of each client team to ensure client satisfaction; manage email, phone, or in-person interactions with clients to maintain and enhance client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in US Healthcare, US Mortgage, US Insurance, and US Process. They should also have experience working in International BPO Operations, Non-voice process.

This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team. The ideal candidate will be able to build effective team relationships, communicate effectively, and demonstrate functional excellence.
