About the Role:
This is a pivotal position within our Hotel Supply Strategy team, driving strategic and analytical initiatives to enhance supply metrics and empower the supply team.
The team leads high-impact reporting, accelerates supply-side performance, and uncovers opportunities to scale. By collaborating closely across functions, the team manages overall strategy, supply drives, KRAs, effectiveness, and analytics requirements within the Hotels business.
This role will anchor the automation charter for the entire Hotels supply ecosystem. The incumbent will play a key role in enabling supply growth by designing automation frameworks, unlocking data-driven insights, and driving the adoption of analytics tools across the business.
This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to transform data into business outcomes, streamline reporting processes, and build scalable solutions that empower decision-making at every level.
- Driving strategic, cross-functional initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
- Leading the rollout of analytics platforms across the supply organization, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
- Designing and managing the roadmap for dashboards and reports to track KRAs and KPIs for the supply team.
- Delivering actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.
- Automating manual reporting workflows using programming languages and data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Leveraging tools and technologies such as data analytics software, data engineering workflows, and machine learning algorithms to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.
- Collaborating with Category, Revenue, and Ingo teams to accelerate growth in room nights and revenue.
- Preparing impactful presentations and business reviews for leadership to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
