As a seasoned Sales Operations professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by providing expert advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and investors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to engage with HNI clients and promote premium real estate projects
  • Collaborate with clients to provide tailored investment advice aligned with their portfolio goals, leveraging expertise in financial analysis and market trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to deliver actionable insights and drive sales
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Possess 1+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the real estate sector
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of real estate investment strategies and markets
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HNI/UHNI client relationships and closing high-value transactions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results
