Job Title: Network Strategic Capacity Management Analyst

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Network Strategic Capacity Management Analyst to play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term capacity needs of our Supply Chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate Long-Range Capacity Plans, analyzing data integrity within our network infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Long-Range Capacity Planning: Develop and maintain annual renewal of the Long-Range Capacity Plan for selected brands/technologies, providing strategic insights and recommendations to solve capacity constraints.
  • Data Integrity: Analyze and maintain data integrity within the network infrastructure to support decision-making processes.
  • Network Projects: Support Network Segment Leaders by conducting data analytics for specific network projects, such as E2E supply chain optimization and network footprint optimization.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Partner with various functions across the world to deliver aligned outputs.
  • Capacity Management: Develop and implement strategic plans for network capacity management to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Requirements include strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and 6-8 years of experience in network capacity management and data integrity. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and soft skills, including problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
