We're looking for a results-driven Business Development expert to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you'll have a proven track record of success in the influencer marketing industry.

The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities for our agency. You'll act as a bridge between our creator network and brands, ensuring both parties derive maximum value.

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and pitch influencer marketing services to potential clients across industries.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key decision-makers, brand managers, and marketing teams at established companies.
  • Analyze brand goals and target audience to suggest suitable creators from our network for high-impact campaigns.
  • Execute structured outbound strategies—including emails, calls, and outreach—to engage new leads and convert them into clients.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development within the influencer marketing industry.
  • A deep understanding of the space and hands-on experience working with influencers and brands.
  • A proven track record of closing business for influencer marketing agencies.
  • A strong existing network of brand contacts that can be tapped into to open doors and fast-track growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and trends.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to create high-conversion pipelines.
  • Relationship-oriented and results-focused with a data-driven approach.
