Job Description:

The Site Excellence Manager is responsible for driving the implementation of site-wide excellence initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This role plays a crucial part in optimizing operational efficiency, eliminating waste, and enhancing flexibility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to develop teams, and ensure effective implementation of training and development programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute site-level master plans, aligning with business objectives and Diageo's Capability Program.
  • Lead change management processes, set priorities, and drive the deployment of best practices through MMS (Manufacturing Management System) to achieve performance results.
  • Maintain supply chain alignment by coordinating all departments to work together seamlessly during deployment.
  • Develop and support teams at all levels to deliver performance results through effective implementation of excellence practices.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to develop teams against role capabilities.
  • Cordinate Total Quality Control (TOT) and evaluation programs to maintain consistency and ensure alignment with Diageo's Capability Program.
