Digital Business Growth Manager

The incumbent will be responsible for driving growth in existing borrower business across all product lines primarily using digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive x-sell strategies leveraging digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, email campaigns, social media platforms, and display advertising initiatives.
- Implement advanced martech tools to measure and report performance of existing borrower business, enabling data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create targeted campaigns aligned with key business performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize analytical expertise to evaluate end-to-end x-sell campaign effectiveness.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Experience in managing DIY customer journeys.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in current marketing tools and strategies.
- Ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple channels.
