Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth and revenue for our digital product division.

  • This individual will have 8+ years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in a digital agency, software services, or tech consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue & Growth: Build a strong pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for digital product services
  • End-to-End Business Ownership: Lead all stages of business development, including prospecting, discovery, proposal crafting, solutioning, and negotiation
  • High-Quality Leads: Build and nurture a strong lead generation engine with a focus on large business opportunities
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and translate them into sharp solutions powered by our design, content, and technology teams
  • CXO Conversations: Develop maturity and conviction to speak business with top decision-makers, including founders, product heads, CIOs, CTOs, CMOs
