Job Title: IT Strategy Lead

Objective:

Seeking an experienced IT strategy lead to spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive technology strategies that drive business growth.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, client needs, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Develop and execute IT roadmaps that align with business objectives, leveraging expertise in Digital, Cloud, and IT technologies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Key Qualifications:
    • 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through technology innovation.
    • Deep understanding of technology architecture concepts, data-driven decision-making, and industry frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and content creation skills, with experience in developing compelling business cases and pitches.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:
    • 3-8 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field, with expertise in at least 2 of the following areas: Cloud Transformation, Industry & New Technology, Technology ROI/Cost Take Out, Operating Model, Modern Architecture, Data-Driven Enterprise.
    • Experience writing business cases, leading teams, and managing budgeting and forecasting activities.
    • Good knowledge of technology trends, such as Mobility, Cloud, Digital, and Collaboration.
    • A strong understanding of industry domains, including Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources.
