Job Description:

The Program Associate – Communications & Social Media plays a pivotal role in amplifying our impact by building a strong teacher community, engaging stakeholders, and reshaping the narrative of government schools. This role requires storytelling, digital engagement, and advocacy to strengthen support for quality education.

About the Role:

  • Build and engage a vibrant teacher community through digital campaigns.
  • Identify and amplify powerful stories of impact from schools and classrooms.
  • Craft engaging content – posts, reels, videos, blogs, newsletters, and more.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms.
  • Collaborate with educators, field teams, and stakeholders to reshape the narrative of government schools.

What We're Looking For?

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Work, or related fields.

• At least two years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital engagement.

• Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills (Canva/Photoshop/video editing a plus).

• Ability to track engagement and refine strategies with an analytical mindset.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language for effective outreach.

• Passion for education, community building, and creating large-scale social impact.
