Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to join our product team. In this role, you will lead the design process from concept to final execution, creating intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to inform design decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Translate complex requirements into elegant user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system and UI guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:
  • 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in product-based or tech-focused companies.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
  • A solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and design systems.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to design responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Capability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
  • Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and iteration on designs.
  • Capacity to collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional digital products.

Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also valued.
