Audit Senior in U.S. Commercial Real Estate
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior with 3-5 years of experience in U.S. Commercial Real Estate audits.
- The successful candidate will perform and assist with audits, reviews, and compilations under US GAAP and US GAAS.
- He/She will prepare and analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls.
- Responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up.
- The candidate must develop reasonable time budgets and coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines.
- In addition, he/she will mentor, train, and supervise lighter level staff.
Requirements:
- A CPA (or in process) or CA with 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, including responsiveness to clients.
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities are required.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills are also essential.
