Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Support Analyst.

This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales support, business analysis, and coordination assistance in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide data-driven insights by analyzing incoming information and assisting with finance, sales, and renewals-related activities.
  • Coordinate with senior experts to establish sales & renewal business exhibits in online quoting tools.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
