About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced OTM Solution Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow-OTM and be able to implement it effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connector (SGC) using ServiceNow-OTM.">
  • Develop knowledge and understanding on Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment.">
  • Broaden understanding on how Industrial control system works and OT network functions including Purdue Model architecture.">
  • Have prior experience on implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management module in ServiceNow.">
  • Understand Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations and Power/Shell scripting basics.">
  • Moderate understanding on Database level architecture, SQL queries writing skills.">
  • Script automated processes including Business rule, script action etc.">
  • Configure and enhance capability on the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform.">
  • Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration including CMDB Data alignment & automated data population, data import.">
  • Document every development, configuration, and technical details & prepare training material for project.">
  • End-to-end data alignment process document including CMDB & CSDM process and procedures.">
  • Develop training material and train necessary stakeholders on the new process and procedures.">
  • Aid in identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing, and presenting solutions.">
  • Work closely with architect to ensure technically feasible solutions.">
