Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Customized Solutions:
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored server and storage solutions.
    • Presentation of solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Support Sales Efforts:
    • Provide technical expertise to assist sales representatives in proposal preparation.
    • Respond to detailed technical queries from sales teams and potential clients.
  • Drive Business Growth:
    • Participate in pre-sales activities to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are seeking individuals with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Presales Experience:
    • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in presales and/or solutioning in the IT industry.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (Server, Storage, Networking) and related services.
    • Hands-on experience in server and storage design, planning, and consulting.
    • Technical expertise in HP and Dell enterprise products.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
