Job Opportunity

We are seeking a ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet the operational technology (OT) needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement mid-server configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) with a solid understanding of each component.
  • Develop knowledge of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
  • Understand the Purdue Model architecture and its application in OT networks.
  • Prior experience in implementing OT Visibility, OT Asset Management, and OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is highly desirable.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting is required.
  • Moderate understanding of database-level architecture and SQL query writing is necessary.
  • Ability to script automated processes, including business rules, script actions, and data imports, is essential.
  • Configuration and enhancements capability on the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform is required.
  • Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Document all development, configuration, and technical details and prepare training materials for project stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
  • Implementation of the CSDM framework for Operational Technology and end-to-end data alignment process documentation, including CMDB and CSDM processes and procedures.
  • Develop training material and train necessary stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
  • Identify issues, gather data, analyze, and present solutions to project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
