Oracle HCM Core HR Consultant

\

This is a critical role for our organization that requires a high level of expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR, with a strong focus on the modern Redwood user experience.

\

The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and other foundational HR setups.

\

In addition to technical skills, this role also requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and personalize Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.\
  • Implement and manage HCM security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).\
  • Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys and notifications.\
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates, specifically monitoring new Redwood features and mandatory migration timelines.\
  • Assess the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations.\
  • Conduct thorough testing (SIT/UAT) in non-production environments to ensure a smooth transition with each upgrade.\
  • Provide expert-level support to colleagues and stakeholders on all aspects of Oracle HCM Core HR.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.\
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and customizations.\
  • Participate in continuous learning and development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.\
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.\
