Employee Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our employee engagement efforts. The successful candidate will design and implement recognition and rewards programs, develop incentive schemes, and analyze attrition trends to foster positive Associate and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Engagement: Develop strategies for improved job satisfaction and productivity, conduct engagement surveys, and gather feedback for enhancements.
  • Recognition & Rewards: Design and manage recognition programs, collaborate with stakeholders to identify top performers, and monitor the effectiveness of recognition initiatives.
  • Incentive Programs: Develop and administer incentive programs, analyze performance metrics for optimized schemes, and regularly review and update incentive programs.
  • Attrition Analysis: Analyze attrition trends, identify contributing factors across the organization, conduct exit interviews, propose retention strategies, and provide data-driven reports and recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, rewards, incentives, and attrition analysis.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, laws, and best practices.
