Product Operations Executive

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Operations Executive to join our on-site team in IT Park, Chandigarh. This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day product operations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring smooth execution of both tactical tasks and strategic projects.

This position demands strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all product-related project needs are met and tasks are completed as planned and on schedule.
  • Supporting execution of strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings; preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports, and operational records.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and support.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
