Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity.

  • Daily Workflow Management: Ensure maximum capacity utilization by effectively prioritizing tasks and allocating resources.
  • Schedule Adherence: Maintain a consistent schedule for yourself and your team to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
  • Effective Operations Management: Overcome daily hurdles such as absenteeism, erratic workflow, and ad-hoc requests by providing regular feedback and support to your team members.
  • Communication: Establish strong relationships with the US offices through regular calls and emails to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely reports for submission to relevant stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Perform random quality checks on volumes processed by team members to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Process Updates: Conduct daily meetings with the team to provide timely process updates and address any concerns or issues.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Anticipate and prepare reports on client needs to ensure their expectations are met.
  • Quality Improvement: Review QC feedback and devise strategies to improve the quality of the team's work.
  • Quality Standards: Uphold quality standards by conducting spot checks and addressing any deviations from established protocols.
