Operations Manager Job

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious professional to lead multi-layered teams and prioritize learning and improvement.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Take complete ownership of project execution, including financial management, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  2. Ongoing optimization of existing projects in collaboration with the product team.
  3. Manage daily operations, drive volume, track progress, highlight flags, and provide regular updates.
  4. Analyze training needs and provide relevant training to enhance team capabilities.
  5. Collect feedback regularly and resolve issues promptly to ensure high-quality delivery.
  6. Monitor team performance to achieve Key Result Areas (KRAs).
  7. Mentor and motivate team members, demonstrating strong people engagement skills.
  8. Run pilots for new projects, testing innovative approaches.
  9. Suggest process improvements at every level in operations, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  10. Set goals, KPIs, and targets for team members to align with business objectives.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing operations teams, with a proven track record of success.
