Hotel Operations Specialist

  • Handle reservation inquiries via multiple channels.
  • Assist clients in booking accommodations based on their preferences.
  • Provide accurate information on availability, rates, and hotel facilities.
  • Process reservations efficiently in our system.
  • Communicate reservation details and confirmations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or special requests promptly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Good communication, time-management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in handling OTA platforms.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
