Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers based on leads or campaign lists.
2. Explain products/services, offers, or promotional campaigns clearly and convincingly.
3. Generate interest, answer queries, and schedule appointments or demos as required.
4. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM systems.
6. Handle objections professionally and follow up on leads consistently.
7. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) for smooth handovers.
8. Gather customer feedback and share insights for process improvement.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in outbound calling/sales/customer service (industry-specific, if needed).
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools preferred.
6. Graduation or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Skills:
1. Prior experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer outreach roles.
2. Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation.
3. Fluency in [languages as per region].
