Commercial Oncology Analytics Lead

Job Summary:

The Commercial Oncology Analytics Lead will develop and deliver advanced data analytics to inform global commercial pipeline strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial oncology global data ecosystems, including epidemiology datasets, claims datasets, and real-world datasets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making for the Global Oncology portfolio.
  • Conduct predictive modeling and secondary data analytics on large datasets using relevant skills (e.g., Excel VBA, Python, SQL) and algorithms (e.g., regressions, decision trees, clustering).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage advanced analytics capabilities and tools anchored to marketing and launch frameworks.
  • Provide clear and synthesized communication to stakeholders on commercial insights addressing priority business questions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or business-related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in oncology commercialization, advanced analytics, oncology forecasting, insights syndication, clinical development, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to find and execute solutions to complex or ambiguous business problems.
  • Experience conducting predictive modeling and secondary data analytics on large datasets using relevant skills and algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
  • Global experience preferred.
  • Data visualization skills (e.g., PowerBI).
