Job Title: Senior Client Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced client advisor to join our team in Thrissur.

  • End-to-end ownership of the store is required.
  • Building and managing relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) and closing high-value jewelry sales (INR 5L-50L) is essential.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets is crucial.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment is vital.
  • Leading by example, engaging with customers to build relationships and drive sales is key.
  • Maintaining and analyzing sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators is necessary.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in Indian designer brands.
  • An exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level is required.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • A track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment is desired.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry is beneficial.
