Job Summary

Lead Client Account Management Professional sought to oversee key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in building trust with high-level clients. They should be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for all Client account management matters
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and effective issue resolution
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits and meet client objectives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-6 years experience in account management or relevant field
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
