Job Overview

You will be working with a team that specializes in global market research, collaborating with top-rated investment research organizations and leading asset managers.

The team caters to 8 of the top 10 global banks, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial analysis and credit metrics calculation on Excel-based models or lending platforms
  2. Identify key performance indicators and create reports for the credit review process
  3. Calculate covenant compliance and provide detailed rationale for results
  4. Conduct annual, quarterly, and monthly reviews and populate associated templates
  5. Perform financial analysis (historical and forecast, operating, leverage, and liquidity ratios)
  6. Covenant performance evaluation
  7. Verify compliance against thresholds (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage)
  8. Collateral analysis
  9. Support portfolio managers and mentor new joiners
  10. Manage junior team members' performance and development
  11. Client communication and project management support

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in finance, economics, or accounting. Key qualifications include:

  • Masters degree from a reputable institute
  • Strong accounting and financial skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve issues effectively
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a strong team culture
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Active listening skills and ability to challenge current thinking
