- Partnered with the CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
- Provided strategic insights to optimize company valuation.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
- Proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing growth-stage deals.
- Strong expertise in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is beneficial.
