International Business Development Manager

Drive growth in the Middle East by leading sales and business development efforts.

Sales & Revenue
  • Hit sales targets, maintain profit margins and expand presence through distributors, agents and partners.
  • Ensure excellent service and strong customer satisfaction.

Market Strategy
  • Research market trends and competition to define entry and growth plans.
  • Lead efforts to open new business in target markets.

Business Development
  • Nurture relationships with partners, negotiate contracts, tenders and agreements.
  • Manage the full order cycle: quotes → delivery → invoicing. Monitor payments and follow up promptly.

Sales & Marketing Support
  • Support regional campaigns and promotions.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and trade events.
  • Track performance and share improvement insights.

Team Collaboration
  • Work with Product, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing teams.
  • Facilitate communication to meet company objectives.

Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in international business development (ideally in Middle East).
  • Strong track record of sales success, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects, knowledge of legal, trade and compliance matters.
