Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Expert to play a pivotal role in solution positioning, client engagement, and driving product demonstrations and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to help win strategic deals. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in Transaction Banking, Corporate Internet Banking, and Wholesale Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

Domain Expertise:

  • ">
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Transaction Banking and Corporate Internet Banking">
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products including Basic Banking Services, Payments and Collections, Trade Finance Services, Financial Supply Chain Solutions, Cash Management and Treasury Solutions">
  • Strong understanding of European banking regulations such as SEPA, PSD2, ISO20022, etc.">

Presales & Solutioning:

">

Own and lead client presentations, demos, and POCs to highlight product capabilities and business value. Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling sales pitches and solution stories.

Client Engagement:

">

Engage with global customers in Europe, Southeast Asia, and US. Understand customer pain points and propose relevant solutions. Assist in value proposition creation and market segmentation strategies.

Leadership & Collaboration:

">

Inspire and guide presales and solutioning teams. Work closely with delivery and technology teams for solution alignment. Ensure highest technical scores during client evaluations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. Excellent problem-solving and solutioning abilities. Experience in digital transformation initiatives in banking. Leadership and coordination capabilities. Ability to work under tight deadlines with a focus on excellence.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience working with clients in Europe, Southeast Asia, or the US. Familiarity with banking regulations and open banking standards.
