Job Title: Odoo Business Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Odoo Business Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and mapping them to Odoo ERP capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer business workflows to identify areas where Odoo can provide solutions.
  • Provide presales and post-sales support with a focus on Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Draft detailed customer scopes in proposals outlining required features and commercial terms.
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs and gather detailed business requirements.
  • Support clients throughout the software delivery lifecycle from configuration to go-live.
  • Collaborate closely with senior decision makers to understand strategic business needs.
  • Develop training materials to educate customers on efficient use of Odoo modules and functionalities.
  • Work with implementation managers to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Training sessions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementations preferably with Odoo expertise.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo modules and recent versions.
  • Proven experience in presales and post-sales roles with ERP software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective training and demos.
