Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct live demos for clients, showcasing relevant Odoo modules and workflows.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design tailored Odoo solutions.
  • Prepare Scope of Work (SOW) documents with clear deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Lead solution architecture and module mapping for implementations and enhancements.
  • Work with technical teams to support customization, integrations, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure smooth delivery and communication by working within overlapping EST hours.
  • Advise clients on best practices for Odoo setup, especially in manufacturing environments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo implementation and solution design.
  • Strong expertise in Odoo Manufacturing modules (MRP, BOM, Work Orders, Routing).
  • Proven experience conducting live demos for clients.
  • Ability to create detailed Scope of Work documents that define clear project boundaries and deliverables.
  • Deep understanding of core Odoo modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and CRM.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of Odoo customization and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with other ERP systems like NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Exposure to verticals such as manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce.

Location:

Remote (with overlap in EST working hours)

Work Hours

Flexible work schedule with mandatory overlap during EST business hours for client calls and team syncs.
