Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and responding to user inquiries related to banking business background, including loan guarantee credit limit management operation following standard workflows.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To support and respond to user inquiries about loan guarantee credit limit management operations, considering the banking business background, and adhering to standard workflows.
  2. Create or enhance user operation guides, FAQs for common inquiries from users.
  3. Communicate with head office business analysts regarding necessary inquiries.
  4. Collaborate with head office IT developers to address system-related issues and incidents.
  5. Maintain standard workflow documents for GCBS systems.
  6. Analyze backlog items and plan enhancements based on business priority.
  7. May be required to travel for short business trips to Asia Pacific offices.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

  • Expertise in loan guarantee credit limit management.
  • Business-level proficiency in English verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of ACBS system application.
  • Understanding of banking product life cycle and downstream requirements.
  • User training, UAT, and quality assurance support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Good experience in business process management.

Requirements

Graduate degree preferably in Engineering or Technical field.

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Analyst activities.

Relevant experience in corporate/core and commercial banking operations system infrastructure.

Relevant experience in commercial lending operations (bilateral & syndication loans).

Relevant experience in ACBS systems application and Loan IQ.
