Job Title: Senior Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this key position.

Responsibilities:
  • Raise business value through the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Develop and implement effective business solutions.
  • Support development of project proposals and statements of work.
  • Deliver large-scale implementations or equivalent.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement fixes.
  • Maintain certifications on leading products at desired levels.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software implementation.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong functional background in financials, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash and bank management, budgeting, and fixed assets.
  • Desirable experience in trade and logistics and financial reporting.
  • ERP functional design and consulting expertise.
  • Able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • A record of accomplishment in ERP implementation experience.
