Our dynamic team is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an astute and detail-oriented CRM professional to lead our sales and customer success initiatives.
HubSpot expertise is highly valued as you will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing the platform to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience, an in-depth understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work closely with executives and cross-functional leaders.
- Manage, customize, and optimize HubSpot to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Design and implement automations, workflows, and reports to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the system.
- Provide comprehensive training to users, enforce best practices, and serve as the primary expert for CRM-related inquiries.
- Develop dashboards and reports that offer leadership visibility into pipeline performance, retention metrics, and key business indicators.
- Collaborate with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking efforts.
