  • Talent Acquisition Research: Stay up-to-date with best practices in talent acquisition and implement changes to increase efficiency in our recruitment process.
  • Salary Benchmarking: Drive salary benchmarking for different levels and present reports to management on a timely basis.
  • Employee Induction and Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new joiners, driving employee satisfaction and productivity.
