Job Title: Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a game-based learning professional, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive learning experiences for employees in our client organisations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, an interest in behavioural skills development, and excellent written communication skills. You should also be able to work in a highly dynamic environment with high degree of ambiguity and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

  • Design gamified behavioural learning solutions for employees in our client organisations
  • Customize content on the basis of learning need analysis with the client
  • Author content for learning games, group processes and interactive case simulations
  • Write scenarios, cases, and scripts for engaging and immersive learning experiences
  • Design board games and virtual games for learning (serious games)
  • Create learning that is strongly rooted in behavioural science, focused on bringing lasting change in the learners
  • Using internal and external technology platforms to design engaging virtual learning experiences

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of adult learning principles
  • Interest in behavioural skills development
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with high degree of ambiguity
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to write, edit and proof-read quality written content for a variety of mediums
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Educational Background: Any graduate with a BA/MA in Psychology or Information Design or Game Design or Communication (preferred, not required).
