Instructional Designer Job Description

eLearning society is dedicated to creating and implementing online and blended learning training programs and developing learning experience technologies. We collaborate with Corporates, Government Institutions, NGOs, Universities, and Training professionals to enhance their teams through eLearning solutions.

This freelance remote role involves performing needs analysis, developing instructional designs, creating curriculum, managing learning programs, and contributing to training and development initiatives. Daily tasks include designing course content, working with subject matter experts, and evaluating learning outcomes to ensure effectiveness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs analysis and instructional design
  • Curriculum creation and management
  • Learning program management
  • Training and development initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
  • Proven track record in Instructional Design and eLearning development
  • Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management
  • Experience designing and delivering onboarding courses for organizations
  • Expertise in Curriculum Development
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theories and game design for adult learners
  • Strong ability to create instructional storyboards and scripts
  • Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and other animation/visual effects tools
  • Portfolio of past eLearning projects, including at least one onboarding course.
