Cloud Security Specialist

We seek a seasoned Cloud Security Specialist to design and implement robust cloud-based security solutions. This individual will be responsible for crafting secure cloud architecture frameworks, ensuring the integrity of data, applications, and infrastructure within the Azure platform.

A successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS). They should also have a solid understanding of industry-standard security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and CIS Controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing cloud-based security programs based on pre-defined architecture frameworks.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the security posture of the Azure platform.
  • Overseeing vulnerability identification and remediation processes.
  • Defining and enforcing security controls, access policies, and monitoring alerts to safeguard data, applications, containers, infrastructure, and networks.
  • Designing access configurations within cloud solution environments using defense-in-depth principles.
  • Designing network security, including hybrid contexts with traditional network-centric controls.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Knowledge of industry-standard security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls).
  • Familiarity with cloud security platforms (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of security concepts (Zero Trust Network, CASB, Cloud Computing, SIEM, SOAR, PKI, DevSecOps, IAM, PAM).
