- Expectation Management: Coordinate and manage expectations regarding quality and timely delivery from both influencer teams and internal stakeholders.
- Influencer Research: Curate a list of top influencers across categories in India, highlighting their strengths and areas of expertise.
- Campaign Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations.
- Digital native with a passion for internet and digital technologies.
- 1-2 years of experience in an agency environment, preferably in influencer marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decode trends and insights from data.
- Resourceful problem-solving attitude and willingness to think creatively.
- Passionate about building successful collaborations with influencers and driving business growth.
