  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers for commercial collaborations.
  • Campaign Reporting: Prepare comprehensive campaign reports in Excel and PowerPoint formats.
  • Expectation Management: Coordinate and manage expectations regarding quality and timely delivery from both influencer teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Influencer Research: Curate a list of top influencers across categories in India, highlighting their strengths and areas of expertise.
  • Campaign Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
 Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations.
  • Digital native with a passion for internet and digital technologies.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an agency environment, preferably in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decode trends and insights from data.
  • Resourceful problem-solving attitude and willingness to think creatively.
  • Passionate about building successful collaborations with influencers and driving business growth.
