Job Description

Crafting engaging campaigns, building relationships, and making a real impact is what you'll be doing in this exciting role as Social Media Associate.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Excellence across clients while generating new ideas and leads to improve media presence & brand awareness.
  • Manage work efficiently and collaborate with the team to deliver on client campaigns.
  • Team up with writers and designers to create snappy, superbly written & designed creatives to engage existing followers and attract new ones.
  • Provide strategic inputs to the design and content teams based on client feedback.
  • Establish a content strategy that is in sync with the brand's philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor digital & new media industry trends to better strategies on a timely basis.
  • Understand paid Ads on social platforms like Facebook, Twitter & Instagram for key client accounts.
  • Drive innovation and creativity for the brands on board.

As a result, your workday will involve campaign content creation on various digital platforms, developing innovative solutions, and preparing reports on a monthly basis with quantitative as well as qualitative analyses of the brand.

You will also utilize Analytics to monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, conversations, engagements, leads, and conversions.

We are looking for someone with a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and proven experience as a Social Media Associate or similar role. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices is a must.

A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media strategies is essential.
