Community Outreach Specialist

We're looking for a dynamic and engaging Community Manager to join our team. As the warm, welcoming voice of our brand across social platforms, you'll help nurture our global family by creating a sense of belonging and community.

This is a people-first role that requires genuine connections, daily engagement, and building long-term relationships with our followers. You'll be responsible for managing and growing our community across various digital touchpoints, including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community management strategy to drive engagement and growth.
  • Actively post content and maintain active groups and communities on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Engage daily with followers through meaningful interactions, including responding to DMs and comments.
  • Monitor conversations, sentiment, and feedback to inform future campaigns and improve our services.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align tone and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction.
  • Excellent written communication and a natural, empathetic voice.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.
  • A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities is a plus.
